Courtyard by Marriott Navi Mumbai

I stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Navi Mumbai and was extremely satisfied with the overall service. The staff were consistently attentive, and the restaurant (breaskafast/lunch/dinner) was a highlight — the Indian cuisine offered plenty of gluten-free options.Overall, an excellent stay. I would gladly choose this hotel again.

The surrounding area is quite busy, with a main road that has heavy traffic day and night. If you are a light sleeper, I recommend requesting a room facing the stadium side, which is noticeably quieter.

breakfast was good..

Even after request, hotel management did not provide us (3 adults) extra bed.. We had to sleep on single king size bed.

Getting the requsted floor level during the check in was difficult.

The location is little bit far from downtown The international food option is limited.

Clean new and friendly staff, noodle, 3-5km to nearest mall.

Card key doesn’t work many times, few meat in breakfast options, and vegetables / salad not easy to collect. Pizza need to be improved. Room phone doesn’t call out but call in. Missing my laundry but found it eventually.

Tikki -Chaat should be improved..too much of Ghee.

The property was well located, food was delicious and the staff is very hospitable and courteous. The room is very spacious and the views from our upgraded room were fabulous.However the in-room dining is apallingly slow and the room lacked a lot of amenities it claimed to have - for example there were no bathrobes, just one pair of slippers and the hairdryer drawer was empty. The fridge was also completely empty - when the in-room dining takes this long, some basic snacks and drinks should be kept in the room.

The view from the room was worth to pay each penny. The staff was so friendly. Nice ambience... Mr. Aditya innthe reception was very helpful. He was smiling and attended very friendly which i liked very much.... the food was great malang restaurant...

Excellent stay,staff are extremely professional. We always prefer mariott properties for the same reason apart from luxury stay it's the people who make the experience amazing. Big thanks to all Mariott Navi mumbai staff for great service.

Proximity

> There are no smart TV’s available in the rooms. Cable TV is available that too doesn’t function. > Requested cutlery for dinner which came after we finished our dinner.> Breakfast option very very limited and taste below average.> Staff isn’t friendly at all

Cleanliness, the view of the stadium… very spacious room

We were given a warm welcome to the hotel, who managed all our small bags constituting our luggage, before we could check-in. Then we were given an upgrade to a stadium view room, which was a fabulous addition to our one night stay. We felt super comfortable in our twin beds, even if both my kids had to share one. The amenities in the room were practical and we did not feel that anything was missing. The staff was very responsive to any of our needs and the juice and coffee at their all day cafe was great. They charge no service charge so we can tip them what we prefer. I will definitely use this hotel again if I need to be in Navi Mumbai.

pool water was very cold..My son was keen on swimming but coz of the cold water he couldn't. They should have set the temp of the water.

There was a fowl smell in the corridor , bathroom had mold fungus ..

Biswajeet in the restaurant was exceptionally hospitable.. he went out of his way to ensure my dietary requirements were met .. thank you

The staff was super courteous...especially the check in manager Kiran. She was really helpful and welcoming

In the afternoon drilling work was going on non stop for 1 hour couldn't sleep at all.

The interior and staff

The room was not cleaned properly during the entire stay, and the pillow bedsheets would have random stains. Dusty mirrors throughout the room, bathroom would have a weird smell that is similar to urine. Also there were suddenly loud maintenance works going on in the next door bedroom and no one informed us before hand, we were sleeping.
